“Poeticwear” is an artistic project that  developed out of a deep-rooted love for Arabic and Persian poetry, and a desire to turn them into physical, mobile pieces. Poeticwear is a growing collection of scarves, shirts, skirts, pants, and more inscribed with Arabic and Persian poems. Each piece is hand painted and 100% customized, from the fabric and the paint colors, to the poem chosen. Some are political pieces, while others are about love, travel, or longing. Whatever the client’s preference, I work closely with them in order to create a piece that is entirely their own. Below are samples of the work I’ve completed.
